Isaac James is a London-based drummer working extensively across the London music scene. Having trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduating with a First Class degree on the drum kit in 2026, Isaac is a regular performer at iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club as well as being an in-demand session musician, recently recording at BBC Maida Vale Studios. He is also a founding member of band Happy Garden.

Isaac has a broad variety of teaching experiences ranging from children to adults, amateurs to professionals. He teaches one-to-one lessons at the DaCapo Music Academy as well as mid-week at Music in Offices with Latham and Watkins.
