Soprano Elisabeth Swedlund is a choir director with a passion for contemporary repertoire. She holds a master’s degree in classical singing from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she was a recipient of the Tracy Chadwell award.

Her passion for vocal harmony and fictional universes, combined with a relentless drive to create joyful experiences, has led to her turning to building and leading artistic projects close to her heart. These include the Wind-Up Penguin Theatre Company, a troupe that has performed music-theatre shows in the humanitarian sector across over 20 countries, and currently, Ready Singer One - the UK's only 'nerd' choir, which she founded and directs.
